Welcome to Coral Blue Adventure. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.coralblueadventure.com) and participation in our tour services (“Services”). By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a tour. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit cards and payment through secure third-party processors.

  • Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customer cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.

  • In the event of unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen issues, we may cancel or reschedule tours. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or credit.

4. Safety and Conduct

  • All guests must follow safety instructions provided by Coral Blue Adventure staff.

  • Life jackets are mandatory for all jet ski tours and boat rides.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant for unsafe behavior, intoxication, or conduct that endangers others or violates these Terms.

  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.

5. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

By participating in any tour or activity, you acknowledge that water sports and boating carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to hold Coral Blue Adventure, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, images, videos, and written material—is the property of Coral Blue Adventure or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without express written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website or services without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
