We understand that plans can change, and we want to simplify the process. If you need to cancel, you can receive a full refund if you do so at least 48 hours in advance. We'll gladly offer a full refund if you cancel just one day before your reservation. If weather conditions require cancellation, you can receive a full refund or use the payment as credit toward a future reservation, depending on your preference.
